Desired Experience: 1-2 years
Educational Qualification: - Grad any, IT back ground preferred.
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Description: To make calls (as per BA categorization) on provided Database of contact information, with understanding of campaign. Any shift flexibility.
Aptitude: Skilled professional in Calling arena

 



   The Human Resource Management Process

The HR practices of the company consists of one of the most common processes that any major IT company working on a large scale follows. We maintain one of the the lowest possible level of attrition in comparison to other IT companies.

The HR team having the understanding on the challenges that exists in recruitment and retention does perform an outstanding role in doing the people management which waives off a lot of risks concerning attrition.

The Talent Lifecycle that is followed in the company is more about understanding the people and what they are best at, which can benefit the organisation to its optimum level to serve clients better. This enhances the productivity of the division and the organization as a whole to deliver the desired results.


The steps taken in order to achieve the best results are:

 

  • Find sources to find challenging and enthusiastic resources willing to give in their very best.

  • Screening the resources to map their capabilities and strengths through SWOT analysis and place them in the befitting Teams.

  • The Induction process ensures an interactive atmosphere where each new employee is introduced to the major profiles of the company by the HR team and is made aware of the all aspects of the company for them to know the colleagues better to work as a team benefitting each other.

  • Defining the Job description and their functions as a member of the team with required authority and accountability.

  • Contracts of employment are done with defined maintaining the industry standards for retention and employee satisfaction

  • Monthly meet organized to address the grievances of the employees and also their valuable suggestions for providing a better working environment, a joyful and a professional environment to work in. This forum also addresses the disciplinary procedures with health and safety related matters.

  • Ongoing training sessions are organized for the technical and the Business development team to remain abreast to the upcoming technologies and concepts for meeting clients expectations. Quarterly, there are workshops organized for hands on training on different aspects which involves soft-skill training as well.

  • The HR has its own home-grown solution that ensures maintaining the history of all employees working since Day 1 and the information is updated every month with the ongoing achievements done by each of the employees which are taken on at the time of appraisal.

  • The HR processes takes a proactive step to groom each and every employee of the company and ensures the proper motivational levels are maintained with periodic increments and incentive structures.

Maintaining a flat structure across the organization the employees at any point of time have a direct access to the management to put forth their views in a professional manner to work out the adverse scenarios they come across. The management is open to all of such suggestions that can make the company a better place for creativity and innovation.
