The Development Process 

At RIALabz, the project development methodology and approach followed depends on various factors. We majorly follow traditional prototyping model or iterative RUP methodology or agile development approach depending on the project type to suite the client requirement. Hence it tends to be more client’s need oriented than standard processes implemented for each and every project we undertake as an assignment.

RIALabz has a set of well-defined software engineering processes for software development life cycle. Each of these processes ranging from requirements to release is based on industry-standard software development practices. Our processes have evolved over a period of time, to incorporate best practices in requirements management, project management and oversight, design methods and testing methodologies and tools.

RIALabz is equipped with a comprehensive Quality Management System comprising of Organizational Standard Software Development Processes, Departmental processes such as HR and Information Systems, Artifacts for each process (process assets) and its related reference documents such as organizational coding guidelines, review guidelines etc. After analyzing the clients requirements in detail and based on the interactions with their Project Team, we work with the most appropriate Approach / Methodology and engagement Model suited to specific customer needs.

RIA Development Tools and Methodologies

At RIALabz, we have our defined set of development methodologies and for each of the stages of development there are specific tools and technologies that we tend to use. Infact, for the end to end execution we use multiple tools either suggested specifically by our clients or as per the industry standards suggests. The diagram below shows the same
